**Once your order is placed, I will send an email confirming receipt. I will also send a follow up email confirming that your item has shipped :)

PAYMENT
I currently only accept payment via Paypal-visa, amex, mastercard, discover.

SHIPPING
Most items are made to order. Orders are shipped within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact me if you need something in a hurry, and I will do my best to make it happen.

**Also, I ship to the address listed on the paypal account. Please let me know if you'd like your item shipped to a different address.

DOMESTIC items-

All items ship within the United States for $5.00. Any additional item shipped to the same address within the United States is an additional $2.00 per item. Orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with a TRACKING NUMBER (I will include this in the email)
It takes 3-7 days for delivery.  If you wish to ship by registered mail, include delivery confirmation, insurance or any other addition, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee. We are not responsible for any items that are not covered by insurance.

INTERNATIONAL items-

International shipping is $8.00 and $3.00 for each additional item. Included in this shipping charge is the same as listed above for domestic purchasers. While international items will still be shipped within (14) business days of payment, please allow for longer delivery time. If you need any orders expedited, please inform us at checkout so we can get you a proper shipping quote. We cannot be held responsible for any international customs charges.

Shipping via USPS AIR MAIL INTERNATIONAL takes about  1-3 weeks for delivery.
INSURANCE is include but a TRACKING NUMBER is not.

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: There is a great chance that you may have to pay a customs fee to receive your item. Unfortunately, I have no control over this. If you are buying from out of the country, please be aware you may have to pay an additional fee after purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy and have an awesome shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within (7) days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you to make it right. While we do not typically offer refunds for our merchandise, we are happy to honor exchange requests, within reason, for items purchased. Let’s work together, and we promise to do our best to make it right.
